Our client are a reputable construction company who work on new build residential projects across the Greater Manchester area.Due to an increase in workload they have an exciting opportunity for a FreelanceQuantity Surveyor to join their well established team!
Start Date-ASAP
Duration-20 months
Rate-Negotiable
Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM
Ideal candidate:
- Experience managing different packages on site; e.g. groundworks, brickwork etc.
- Residentialproject experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Team player who is a committed and motivated member of the team.
- Methodical approach and process driven.
