Our client is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be based in North Manchester.
This role is to carry out planned and reactive maintenance or social housing properties across and Lancashire and Yorkshire.
This role will involve travelling across North Manchester and East Lancashire.
The role will be temporary to start with but will transition to permanent after 6 months
Salary is 42000 plus 5k car allowance
