About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst to join an industry-leader. Based in the North of England (Manchester or Liverpool), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety and compliance across diverse properties. Working within our UKAS quality standards, this role offers the chance to develop your career with clear progression pathways, ongoing training, and rewarding variety.



What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive asbestos surveys (management, commercial, domestic, and industrial).
  • Perform air testing and 4-stage clearance processes.
  • Mentor and support assistant asbestos surveyors.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with UKAS procedures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
  • Maintain professional standards in all aspects of your work.


What You'll Bring:

  • Essential Qualifications: P402, P403, and P404 certifications.
  • Proven Experience: A solid track record in asbestos surveying and analysis.
  • Expert Knowledge: Strong understanding of HSG 248 Analyst Guide principles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work nights or weekends when required.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential.
