Residential Surveyor / Residential Building Surveyor - Greater Manchester - c£60k
We’re working with a North West England based Property Services Group whose multi-office network provides the full range of residential services from agency to management, finance and surveying.
Within their established and long standing Surveying team they now seek to hire an experienced Residential Surveyor / Residential Building Surveyor as follows:
- AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS qualified with 1-2 years PQE minimum
- Covering Greater Manchester / Bolton / Blackburn
- Undertaking an entirely private workload of L2 and L3 reports (with valuation element attached)
- No lender/panel work
- Full support and training where needed
- Low volume, high quality workload with a genuine focus on work life balance (i.e. admin days provided for catch up)
- Diversity of workload with multiple income streams - agency, auction and insurance
- Non-corporate culture and team enabling a family feel, inclusive environment
Suitable Residential Surveyor / Residential Building Surveyor applicants may come from a corporate background (seeking a change of focus) or independent practice seeking a larger (but non-corporate) environment in which to progress their career long term.
In addition to a stable career history and meeting the above criteria, the suitable Residential Surveyor / Residential Building Surveyor will live within the North West of England and have sensible access to Greater Manchester / Bolton / Blackburn
Salary for the successful Residential Surveyor / Residential Building Surveyor will include a starting basic around £55k, car allowance around £5k and achievable quarterly bonuses based on fee income.
