I am partnering with a distinguished client dedicated to expanding their Property Management team in Manchester. Committed to fostering genuine relationships, our client offers a comprehensive range of Property Management services. As a Senior Surveyor, you will engage with diverse asset classes and collaborate with clients including property owners, developers, and multi-industry investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate on-site matters across properties managed by the business.
  • Conduct regular property inspections (monthly, quarterly, or annually based on the building's complexity) and implement follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to manage budgets, oversee credit control, and ensure service charge reconciliations are RICS-compliant.

Key Requirements:

  • RICS-qualified surveyor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation, valuation techniques, rent review processes, and lease renewal procedures.
  • Flexibility to adjust working patterns as needed to meet role demands.
