- Maintaining relationships with key clients, particularly EPCs and framework partners.
- External sales/business development in Chemical and Food and Beverage market. Knowledge of centrifuge, peeler technologies would be advantageous.
- Liaising with clients.
- Raising awareness of the company within the Pharmaceutical & Food markets.
- Liaising with company personnel, in various global Product Homes, to ensure that the best technical and commercial offer is made and presented to the customer.
- Attending customer meetings to lead or assist with tender submission, negotiation and contract construction.
- Using the company CRM system, ensuring that it is maintained up to date with respect to sales activity.
- Experience from similar role (Capital Equipment - Chemical or Food marked)
- Previous sales experience
- Familiarity with process plant.
- Good communication skills – able to work well with customers and colleagues
- Forward planning abilities, analytical skills, and capable of instilling customer confidence
- Knowledge of centrifuge technologies.
