Job title: Digital Trading Assistant
Location: Trafford- hybrid working
Salary: Up to 24k
Forward Role are partnering with a highly reputable and well established fashion brand who are on the hunt for a Digital Trading Assistant to join their busy team. As a Digital Trading Assistant, you will work closely with the Digital Trading Executive and wider team, supporting with maintaining online product styles and categories as required, onsite product merchandising and reviewing and reporting on trade performance.
This is a pivotal role in ensuring that the customers have access to the right products, at the right price, applying both a commercial and creative aspect to the role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining online products, ensuring all styles are represented accurately online
- Assist the Digital Trading Executive with the set-up of promotional offers and multi-buys
- Liaise with the external translation agency to ensure accurate translations of product descriptions are completed on time for the different regional launches
- Utilise visual merchandising tools to ensure relevant products are visible to the customer, optimising conversion through strong product rankings and usage of product filters
- Review and report on trade performance, identifying opportunities and sharing insights with the wider team
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Similar experience within a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with MS Excel including vlookups
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- A desire to learn
