Product Owner
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of key product initiatives. You will own the product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals. From ideation to launch, you will ensure the product meets customer needs and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.
- Prioritize product requirements based on feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
- Work with engineering to ensure timely delivery of features and manage the product backlog.
- Oversee product launches and sales enablement strategies.
- Track product performance using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Regularly engage with stakeholders for feedback and updates.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to refine product strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, successfully managing digital products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
- B2B experience and SAFe Agile certification are a plus.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Manchester (Onsite 2 days per week)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 + Benefits
