Main Responsibilities
- Identify, research and qualify new potential clients and key contacts to build targeted lead lists.
- Develop a clear understanding of Open ECXs value proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness and interest.
- Proactively reach out to prospect customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote, educate and recommend Open ECXs solutions.
- Understand the needs of Open ECXs prospect customers and articulate the value that IP Integrations technology and services provide.
- Engage with potential customers on the phone, through following a consultative questioning process and actively listening to their challenges and opportunities.
- Set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team, whilst driving the sales process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record activity.
