We are looking for an Internal Technical Sales Engineer to join a thriving Sales Department based in lively Manchester.
The role
Your role will be promoting and advising on a diverse range of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Your responsibilities will include keeping customers informed about product availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules. You'll also be adept at exploring alternative solutions when standard products don't meet customer needs.
Your knowledge of the franchise suppliers and entrepreneurial spirit in sourcing non-franchise products will be crucial. You'll be managing customer requirements, suggesting additional products, and using your commercial acumen to negotiate prices and maximise margins.
From you
- An ONC in electrical engineering, or experience in the industry
- Sales Experience
- Customer support skills
