Position: Wireless Survey Engineer
Location: North West, Midlands and South West
Rate: Price work, synthetic rate card
OTE Expected to be £750.00 to £1200 per week, Van Fuel and tools all supplied
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ample working experience performing Wireless Survey.
- Strong background in Wireless / Mobility / Cellular networks and Networking / Internetworking devices, protocols, and operating systems.
- Possesses expert knowledge of Wireless Network Infrastructure and Network Design
- Responsible for developing high-level and low-level survey design activities.
- Conduct RF site Surveys and include designs of RF Systems
- Ability to acquire new skills in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills, able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with networks of employees of all levels; able to foster cooperation in others and creative problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated experience engineering and supporting network solutions.
TECHNICIAL SKILLS:
- Understanding of latest Wi-Fi technologies
- Managing wired and wireless networks
- Strong networking fundamentals to include IP, DHCP, DNS.
- Thorough understanding of wireless RF, authentication, security, and network management.
- Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
Ideally to have the following certifications
- RF Safety Awareness
- Rooftop Worker Safety & Access
- Working At Height
- Asbestos Awareness
