Forward Role are working with a world leading Industrial Machinery Manufacturer to recruit a CRM Manager.

This role offers the opportunity to travel to worldwide destinations with the business for familiarisation trips (seeing machinery/ products, meeting engineers, company meetings ect).

Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and working alongside an in-house marketing team of 20, you will lead the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across the CRM platforms.

This role is key to ensuring personalised, seamless, and data-driven customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise outbound marketing journeys across all business lines
  • Develop and test automated customer journeys and conversion funnels
  • Segment customer data to create targeted, high-impact campaigns
  • Plan, execute, and analyse email, SMS, and push notification campaigns
  • Align CRM strategy with global sales and marketing goals, including upsell and retention initiatives
  • Conduct A/B testing, predictive analytics, and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Act as the CRM expert, collaborating with IT and PMO for system enhancements

What you will need:

  • Expertise in CRM tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation
  • Strong analytical skills to optimise customer experience and digital marketing performance
  • Proven ability to set targets, manage budgets, and oversee multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Access, Word) and AI tools like Co-Pilot
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about customer journeys
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement and adaptability
