Dynamics 365 Project Manager - £65,000 - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 BC, CRM, ERP, Data, or Modern Workplace projects. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project scope, resources, and financials while ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and teams.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of BC, CRM, ERP, Data, or Modern Workplace projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, project plans, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Ensure clear communication between technical teams, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor and control project financials, tracking profitability, remaining days, and ensuring accurate billing.
• Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear actions and accountability.
• Provide regular updates to both clients and internal teams on project progress and financial status.
• Support with client system configuration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as required.
• Ensure all projects adhere to best practice and compliance standards.

• 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager role, delivering Dynamics 365 BC, CRM, ERP, Data, or Modern Workplace projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Proven experience managing project financials, including budget tracking, profitability, and resourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced consultancy or similar environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including assisting with configurations where necessary.
