About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installation and Commissioning Manager to join our dynamic renewable energy company. As Commission & Installation, you will be responsible for ensure the in time delivery of the project and conduct commission & Installation. You will play a crucial role in our project delivery and also help out and collaborate during O&M stage when needed.

Key responsibilities:
1. Provision of effective leadership of the BESS engineering capability.
2. Completion of the project installation and commissioning work and successful handover to the customer.
3. Support to the Responsible Designer and Engineering Design Manager in the delivery of the projects.
4. Act as Principal Designer Advisor under the Regulations.
5. Develop, own and deliver design, safety case and commissioning strategies.
6. Specify and provide technical supervision of commissioning and/or decommissioning, acting as Commissioning Lead
7. Manage handover to systems ensuring that all drawings, instructions and training have been supplied as required.
8. Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety, Security and Quality policies, procedures, work instructions and risk assessments and support the continuous improvement of Health, Safety,
Environment and Quality on Site.
Qualification and expertise:
1. A degree in Engineering or relevant subject (Essential).
2, Significant experience in the Renewable energy, Process or Construction industries (Essential).
3. A good working knowledge of Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental Legislation (Essential).
4. Knowledge/experience of contract management (Desirable).
5. The candidate must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills both up and down lines of accountability and across project teams.
6. Travel to other locations will be necessary depending on the demands of the program.
