Key Responsibilities:
-Management of Internal Audits: Oversee the internal audit schedule, ensuring it is effectively managed and updated as necessary.
-Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain and continuously improve the QMS to ensure compliance with customer standards and BRC requirements.
-External Audits: Play a pivotal role in external audits, collaborating with the Quality Manager to ensure successful outcomes.
-Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the technical services team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
-Customer Complaints: Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry (minimum 5 years).
-A strong understanding of HACCP principles.
-Extensive experience with BRC standards and retailer requirements.
-A degree in food science or a related field.
-Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Salary - 35,000-40,000
