Excellent opportunity to join this expanding business who are seeking an experienced Call Handler to join their busy team. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with superb communication skills to provide administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities for the Call Handler will include;
- Responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls
- Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone
- Dealing with queries from residents
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Extensive use of CRM system to update and track activity
- Competent with MS Word and Excel
- General ad hoc responsibilities within the business
Key skills required for the Call Handler will include;
- Excellent communication skills and excellent phone manner
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Experience using CRM systems
- Good attention to detail
