We have a very exciting opportunity for a Junior PA to join a well-established, global law firm in Manchester City Centre! The hours are 9-5pm, and is fully office based offering up to 26k a year.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to join a law firm and develop from an administration, team assistant or receptionist role (ideally within property, legal or financial services) into a junior PA role.

Within the fast-paced team of real estate, the role you will be responsible for duties such as:

  • Managing diaries for the fee earners within the team
  • Becoming an active part in the care of clients
  • Dealing with client queries and general administration for the team
  • Arranging for files to be opened and closed and supervise record keeping
  • Typing correspondence and emails
  • Assisting in the billing and credit control process

A positive attitude, attention to detail and an approachable and enthusiastic manner is key for this role!
