Description
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Operate phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as required
- Handle basic inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage appointments and meeting room bookings
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, mail distribution and office upkeep
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

A successful Receptionist should have:
- A warm, approachable demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and use of office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good standard of IT skills, including the use of email and office suites
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to commute to Manchester - M21
