Fabric Technician - Manchester

Are you a Fabric Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity? Randstad Construction & Property is collaborating with a global FM company to find a talented Fabric Engineer to join their team covering one of their fantastic sites in Manchester. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits, along with the opportunity for upskilling and professional growth.

Location: Static site in Manchester
Salary: Up to 28,000 | Overtime | 33 Days holiday | No on call
Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | Static

Your Role:
  • Execute installations, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on a daily basis
  • Diagnose defects, prepare parts lists, and estimate repair timescales
  • Participate in the call-out rota for emergency response
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with the field service team and support internal operational processes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good experience working in a similar role within the commercial FM industry
  • C&G Joinery / Carpentry is beneficial but not essential
