What You'll Do:
- Routine Inspections & Maintenance:Keep our campus looking its best by performing regular inspections and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Versatile Tasks:Showcase your skills with a variety of tasks, from painting and plastering to carpentry and minor repairs.
- Collaborative Projects:Work hand-in-hand with our Facilities Management team on larger repair and refurbishment projects.
- Health & Safety:Champion a safe campus by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Record Keeping:Maintain detailed records of your work and the materials used.
Who You Are:
- Experienced:You have proven experience in fabric maintenance or a related field.
- Team Player:You can work independently but also thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Communicator:Strong communication and interpersonal skills are your forte.
- Safety-Conscious:You have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Qualified:Relevant vocational qualifications or training in fabric maintenance are a plus.
