Panama Shift:
2 weeks of Days, 2 weeks of nights - 12-hour shifts
(2 on, 2 off, 3 on 2 off 2 on, 3 off)

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) to join a global leader who specialise in manufacturing high quality, durable materials used in the construction sector.
Key Tasks:
- Diagnose and fix electrical & mechanical faults to keep production running smoothly
- Investigate route cause of faults and identify and implement proactive and preventative solutions
- Reduce downtime and boost plant performance through proactive maintenance
- Work within a skilled team, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times
- Monitor plant performance and report faults via CMMS
- Be a key player in continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained Electrical / Multi-skilled Engineer with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to attend to electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience maintaining both electrical & mechanical systems; motors, drives, PLC's, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics
- Proactive approach and improvement mindset
- Team player
On Offer
- Exellent salary- 42600 + 39% Shift Premium
- 42 hour week
- Holidays x24 (12 hour shifts)
- Private Healthcare and regular health assessments
- Paid overtime x1.5 for 1st 6 hours x2 after 6 hours and on Sunday
