Working Mon to Fri working core hours

Key Responsible for a Engineering Supervisor

• Leading a team of 13 engineers
• 50:50 on the tools and off
• Site visits
• Paperwork
• Manage contractors
• Follow up with contractors
• Get a quote (challenge the quote)
• Client facing role so must be presentable and have customer service
• Reporting directly into the Contract Manager
• Service level agreements on site are pretty achievable
• Very good team. Someone who can drive the team
• Experience driving a team is a bonus

Qualifications / Experience for a Engineering Supervisor:

• 18th Edition qualified
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• Well-presented
• Experienced in dealing with clients
• AC experience or plumbing is a plus
