The Role

Key Responsibilities



Technology & Digital Enablement:

  • Oversee and enhance the Help Desk function, ensuring a proactive, user-first approach.
  • Deploy and optimise workplace technologies, from laptops and mobile devices to digital collaboration tools.
  • Drive innovation in M365 and workplace platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and a frictionless user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and introduce self-service capabilities that empower employees.


Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a product-led strategy for digital workplace tools, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Lead engagement with cross-functional stakeholders, collaborating with HR, Facilities, and senior leadership to drive digital transformation.
  • Introduce AI-driven enhancements that streamline workflows and improve workplace efficiency.
  • Measure and improve employee digital experience and satisfaction, using data to inform continuous improvement.
