Are you a Branch Manager from a truck and trailer background, looking for an opportunity to become mobile with one of the UK's largest suppliers of automotive parts?

On offer is the opportunity to be responsible for looking after all branches in the north whilst receiving excellent company benefits, ongoing progression opportunities up to directorship and extensive training to become a technical expert?

In this role you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and overseeing all branches in the north to reach set KPI's and targets, through ongoing training and identifying areas of improvement whilst assisting the Regional Operations Manager. Your focus will also revolve around Profit and loss along with monitoring the sales of each branch.

Alongside this you will take a lead on upcoming projects and ensure the overall adherence to company policies and procedures.

This company are a dynamic and well-known business within the automotive industry providing truck and trailer parts to well-known, blue chip clients.

This role would suit a Branch Manager, from a truck and trailer background, looking to work a mix of remotely and mobile across the north, joining a supportive and successful business whilst being provided a company car and clear routes to progress.

The Role

  • Support / coach / motivate branches in the north to reach KPI's and targets
  • Monitor Profit and Loss / Sales for branches, whilst managing various internal projects
  • Monday - Friday, 44 hours
  • Remote based, visiting each branch 1x a month
