A fantastic Hotel Agency Account Manager job in, paying a salary of up to £50,000 is available for Countrywide Hotels. The ideal candidate will live towards the Manchester/ Leeds regions.
Countrywide Hotels are looking to expand its central sales team with the addition of this exciting role. Their Agency Account Manager will account manage and develop their portfolio of Travel Management Companies & GDS partners.
The successful candidate will be able to promote the hotel brand via educational events, presentations and familiarisation weekends. The role will also involve the management of the Institute of Travel Managers partnership including attending trade shows, networking events and arranging on site showcases. This role is remote and will require travel throughout the UK.
Hotel Agency Account Manager job, Highlights:
- Annual salary up to £50,000, negotiated on experience.
- Paid travel expenses.
- 28 days holiday (inc. bank holidays), rising to 33 days per year with service length.

Hotel Agency Account Manager, Job Overview:
- Ensure the defined agency accounts deliver both retention and growth revenue targets for identified market positioned hotels via direct relationships. Achieve account targets by identifying opportunities to grow business and enhance profitability from existing key accounts
- Be the effective communication link between agencies and hotels within Countrywide Hotels and drive key relationships with agency partners to achieve an uplift in RFPs participation and revenue delivery.
- Develop Key Account Management plans that support the individual hotels sales plans. Review segment market trends and booking pace information to ensure targeted proactivity and support for need hotels within the UK portfolio.
- Plan, prepare and proactively participate in monthly sales blitzes to maximise demand generation from account portfolio for group or to support need hotels. Identify and proactively represent Countrywide Hotels at industry events, Brand workshops and customer presentations/Fam Trips.
Hotel Agency Account Manager job, Required Criteria:
- You must have experience of managing agency accounts within the hotel sector (this can either have been part of your job, or the full job).
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Flexibility to be able to travel and stay away when required.
