Their commitment to delivering unforgettable journeys allows clients to explore some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.This Air Flights Ticketing Consultant role comes with incredible benefits, including hybrid working opportunities, generous leave allowance and travel discounts.Job Description:In this role, you will focus on managing the ticketing and after-sales process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance of travel documents, liaising with agents, clients, and suppliers to confirm bookings, process amendments, and provide expert support for seamless travel arrangements.

• Communicate with agents, clients, and suppliers (UK and overseas) to confirm, update, and amend holiday bookings
• Manage all booking elements, ensuring seamless coordination and timely updates
• Process and verify service bookings using various web-based systems
• Handle inbound enquiries from travel agents and clients, providing expert assistance
• Use the Amadeus GDS system to manage bookings and amendments
• Issue travel documents and airline tickets (BSP ticketing), including CAT35 fares, Inclusive Tour Fares, and published airfares
• Manage ticket re-issues and adjustments due to itinerary changes
• Oversee documentation packaging and postal requirements

Experience Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Good geographical knowledge
• Preferably skilled in Amadeus / GDS
