- Book travel arrangements to include hotels, flights and transportation using the GDS Galileo system
- Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, upgrades as needed
- Deal with reissues, schedule changes and amendments to flights
- Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, hotels and tickets
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Manage customised solutions with clients and partners.
Fluent Italian speaking Business Travel Consultant Skills required
- Working knowledge of the GDS, Galileo
- Business Travel or corporate travel experience essential
- Fluent Italian and English
- A team player, with strong communication skills, who thrive in a demanding environment.
Fluent Italian speaking Business Travel Consultant additional info:
- Paying a salary of up £36,000 depending on experience
- Homeworking
- Excellent benefits on offer to include private healthcare, life assurance, option to buy or sell annual leave, pension, discounted staff travel
- Small shift pattern between 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Friday
