Role of Business Travel Consultant:
- Working as part of a remote business travel team
- Providing a professional and efficient corporate travel service
- Arranging all aspects of travel and related services
- Delivering creative and innovative travel solutions
- Building strong rapport and lasting relationships
- Meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards
Skills required for the role:
- Previous business travel reservations experience
- In depth GDS experience - Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre essential
- Rapport-building and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with keen attention to detail
