Corporate travel Account ManagerCorporate travel Account Manager - Manchester Hybrid.Due to winning multiple new accounts and the increasing return of business travel, this award winning Travel Management company are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. Corporate travel Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial relationship between TMC and clients whether new or existing.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges with clients, working closely with operations and other internal teams to provide solutions
  • Build relationships with clients whilst mentoring other team members and providing leadership to drive continuous improvement for the clients experience
  • Support the account manager supervisor to deliver department objectives, to include staff motivation, technology, relationships and department improvement
  • Proactively seek out Business development opportunities through current clients and referrals.

Corporate travel Account Manager Skills Required:

  • Experience from within another TMC as an Account Manager
  • Knowledge / experience of Salesforce
  • A proven record of high client satisfaction
  • Knowledgeable in a range of client market industries
  • Key competencies : Flexible, Analytical, attention to detail, team player, problem solver, communicator with strong presentation skills

Corporate travel Account Manager Other info:

  • Salary up to 45k DOE
  • Working hybrid from their office in Manchester (Mon - Fri)
  • 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing each year up to 25 days, plus your Birthday off
