Sonic Summary

Global TMC is seeking experienced Part Time Business Travel Consultants and Senior Business Travel Consultants for homeworking roles in Manchester, London, or Scotland.
Candidates must have strong business travel experience and proficiency in either Sabre or Amadeus, with a minimum of three full days of availability between Monday and Friday.
The salary for these roles ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 FTE, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits including private medical cover and 25 days of holiday pro rata.
Duties include managing a high volume of calls, booking complex worldwide travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service.
A four-week virtual training period is required, during which candidates must be available full-time.

Part time Business travel consultants and Senior Business travel Consultants - required for this Global TMC. They are looking for experienced Part time Business Travel consultants for homeworking BTC roles in Manchester, London or Scotland with either Sabre or Amadeus, you will be working a small shift pattern between 8.30am -6.30pm Monday to Friday and be able to work a min 3 full days. salaries £28-32k FTE depending on experience plus excellent benefits Part time Business travel and Senior Business Travel consultant duties

Dealing with a high volume of calls booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for corporate travellers
Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving

Part time Business Travel and Senior Business travel consultants - skills required

Strong business travel experience from a business travel, corporate travel background
Strong knowledge of Sabre or Amadeus
Exceptional customer service

Part time BTC Extra Info:

Fully homeworking
Part time option requires a min of 3 full days a week between mon - fri
Can also consider 4 days work
Specific working days of the week can be requested
4 weeks virtual training ( must be able to train FT for these 4 weeks)
