Acting as a brand ambassador and being agile and professional in your approach, you will provide industry-leading sales support to our Travel Counsellors.

Role Overview

As a Premium Leisure Executive, you will:

  • Support Travel Counsellors in securing new bookings, including air itineraries and manual pricing from our directly contracted hotel partners.
  • Offer destination, hotel, and itinerary advice to enable our Travel Counsellors to create bespoke worldwide adventures.
  • Manage voluntary and involuntary changes to existing bookings and assist with booking cancellations.
  • Be a first point-of-call for in-house system queries.
  • Contribute to team discussions around process improvements.
  • Support Travel Counsellors in adopting new ways of working and tools available.

Essential Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar sales/customer service role, dealing with sales and operational queries pre and post-departure simultaneously across different contact channels, such as email, telephone, and live chat
  • Previous experience in leisure and/or corporate travel
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working with both internal and external customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • A good listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a flair for customer service, able to build strong relationships and work within a team
  • Shows creative thinking when solving problems, wanting to take ownership and resolve issues quickly and efficiently,
  • Well organised, excellent time-management and prioritisation skills, and a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience reading/quoting from hotel contracts
  • Experience working with airfares, ITX, Console, Published, and Groups
  • GDS proficient (Galileo preferred)
