Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager, Senior Account Manager required for a global growing TMC to work on a small team of 4. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a Corporate travel or Business Travel background who has worked in a Travel Management company as an account Manager, client success manager or similar to work with a variety of Global clients.This role will be based in Manchester city centre with hybrid available following 12 weeks of settling into the team.  Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager Responsibilities:  

  • Develop a portfolio of clients, understanding the clients’ strategic goals and objectives whilst adding solutions and services.
  • Aim to always improve the customer experience
  • Develop relationships at all levels, in bouse and with clients
  • Proactively seek out business development opportunities with clients through referrals, working with overseas account managers and new business
  • Keep abreast of any changes to the client needs, reviewing potential risks or gaps.
  • Deliver regular reviews of the travel programme, ensure SLA's are being met, drive contract renewals and retention of clients. 

Senior Corporate Travel Account Manager Skills Required

  • Account management experience from a corporate travel or business Travel or TMC (essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Problem solver with an analytical mindset for reporting, analysis and travel program management
  • Ability to pick up on buying signals and absorb information to allow you to negotiate and provide resolution
  • Strong presentation skills and experience using Salesforce
  • A proactive approach to work, with willingness to support the department/ team
  • Some mentoring or supervisory experience desired due to this being a Senior role
