Senior entertainment travel consultant- an experienced Entertainment/VIP consultant is required to work for this Global Travel Management Company on a prestigious music account. 2 days per month in the London office, travel paid for. Up to 39k plus benefits. Must come from an entertainment or VIP business travel backgroundSenior entertainment travel consultant duties-Working on one dedicated high profile account booking worldwide travel for the artists, finding the client the most cost effective, most convenient travel options available-To be able to work on site at client offices 1 day per month and attend meetings when required plus one day at the TMCs offices per month -Booking all flights, accommodation using Sabre-Arranging online check in, meet and greet, lounge access etc-Liaising with hotels to ensure clients special requests are met-Assisting with booking groups when required -Carry out all changed, amendments, cancellations and invoicingSenior entertainment travel consultant skills required--Previous business travel experience within Entertainment or corporate VIP is a must-Problem solving with a process improvement approach-Strong GDS knowledge ideally Sabre-Lover of the entertainment industry Additional information-Shifts between 8.30am and 7.30pm, could change to 8am to 8pm, 37.5 hours per week -2 days a month in London, travel paid for-Benefits include 22 days holidays, birthday off, pension etcIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to or call Rachel on
