Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products.
- Manage project timelines effectively to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Review and improve existing interfaces and websites, enhancing both UX and UI.
- Create compelling visual designs for web, mobile, and tablet-based applications.
- Convert wireframes into creative, original mock-ups.
- Maintain brand consistency while delivering visually appealing user experiences.
- Work closely with product teams to understand and meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design emails, online ads, promotions, and other collateral as needed.
- Develop foundational design systems, including modules, components, and style guides.
- Demonstrate an understanding of both digital and physical customer experiences will be highly regarded.
- Experience in retail or branded spaces, where UX thinking can be applied to physical environments, is a significant plus.
