The Principle Frontend Developer role:As a Principal Frontend Developer, you'll lead a dynamic cross-functional team that includes C# API, iOS, Android, BA, and UX professionals. Your role will focus on driving the architectural vision and implementation of our React-based platforms, ensuring they are user-centered, scalable, and maintainable. You will be responsible for setting best practices, mentoring other frontend developers, and collaborating with senior leadership to align development goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, setting the technical direction for frontend development
- Drive the architectural vision for React-based platforms, focusing on scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with other frontend developers, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to align frontend development with overall business strategy
Principle Frontend Developer - Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience in ES6, React, Styled Components, and React Testing Library
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
