- Candidates must have a suitable Apprenticeship or City and Guilds in plumbing (L2) or an equivalent qualification, along with multiskilled experience.
- Responsibilities include delivering responsive breakdown services, conducting planned preventative maintenance, and performing minor project works.
- A valid driving license and the ability to pass a security clearance are also required for this position.
The position is Permanent working circa 40 hrs / week. Monday to Friday days. Salary is 34,500 basic plus overtime

Job Description:
Yourrole will be to cover general Plumbing Maintenance. The main aspects of the role will be to:
* Deliver a responsive breakdown and planned preventative maintenance service
* General building services engineering across basic mechanical plant
* Work to all policies / procedures and safe systems of work for estates related works in accordance with statutory requirements
* Provide maintenance and works to: Plumbing, pipework, leak repairs, heating and water fixtures (radiators, sinks etc.) and drainage etc.
* Minor project works / smallworks and refurbishment
* General compliance checks, tap temps and TMV's etc.
Person Specification
A suitable Apprenticeship / City and Guilds in plumbing (L2) or equivalent is required for this role.
Familiar with maintenance operations
Multiskilled experience
Familiar with commercial grade equipment and sites
Excellent communication skills
Able to pass a Security Clearance
Valid driving license
