Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Asset and Lifecycle Managerto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As theAsset and Lifecycle Manager,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheAsset and Lifecycle Manager,will be responsible for:
- Developand implement asset management strategies and plans in line with ISO 55001 requirements.
- Oversee the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of assets to maximize their value and efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures as set by each specific Contract.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the effective integration of asset management practices across the Organisation.
- Monitor asset performance and lifecycle costs, providing recommendations for improvements and cost savings on a monthly and annual basis or other times as specified by individual Contracts.
- Manage asset data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on asset performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management including ownership and close out of same.
To be successful for this Asset and Lifecycle Manager role you must have:
- Diploma in Asset Management.
- In-depth knowledge, implementation and maintenance of ISO 55001 standards and their application in asset management.
- In-depth knowledge and compliance with a range of maintenance models and standards including but not limited to SFG20 their application in asset management.
- Proven experience in asset lifecycle management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
