HEAVY VEHICLE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: / ROTATING

£ 41,100 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our client in West Manchester.

You will be working alternate early and late shifts, Monday to Friday.

Day to Day Duties

As a Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician your duties will include:

  • Conducting routine vehicle maintenance
  • Removing and replacing engine units and components
  • MOT preparation
  • Vehicle servicing
  • Fault finding and diagnostics

Essential Skills

As a Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician it is essential that you have:

  • Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 3 preferred)
  • Experience working across a range of heavy vehicles
  • Comfortable with the use of a range of mechanical equipment, including fixed and handheld power tools

Desirable Experience

As a Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician it would be desirable if you:

  • Were available to start ASAP
  • Have additional qualifications in vehicle maintenance

Training

  • Company policy and procedure training provided to successful candidates
