In this role, you will manage a single site in central Manchester made up of premium rental homes. You'll oversee two Maintenance Technicians, managing end of tenancy and general maintenance, compliance, and contractor coordination.

The Role
- Managing central Manchester site
- Overseeing 2 Technicians
- Coordinating all maintenance across the site
- Dealing with compliance and contractors
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours
