Job Title: HGV Trailer Technician
Location: North West (HGV Workshop Technician or Field Service)
Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 plus overtime
Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HGV Trailer Technician to join our team in the north west, having various sites in Liverpool and Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, and repairing trailers to ensure they meet high maintenance standards. You will work in accordance with all company EHS guidelines, policies, procedures, and mandatory EHS legislation.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be a “Time Served” technician or possess City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Technical background and experience in trailer repairs.
- Welding experience is essential.
- High level of enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation.
- Customer and team-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Initiative to work autonomously when required.
