LCV/HGV Technician needed

Our client, a franchised Top Brand Dealer with dealerships across UK, is seeking for LCV/HGV Technician to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a franchised dealership. The technician will be part of an ambitious team and work within a busy service department to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the department and ensure it meets its targets.

Role: LCV/HGV Technician

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30 pm /2:30 pm to 11: 00 pm; every other Saturday morning@overtime

Location: Manchester

Requirements for LCV/HGV Technician:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification
  • experience within a franchised dealership
  • Relevant qualification or proven technical experience

Duties of LCV/HGV Technician:

  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on a wide range of LCVs /HGVs.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections and safety checks to ensure vehicles meet all regulatory standards.
  • Replace or repair faulty components such as engines, brakes, and transmissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
