Animal Care Lecturer

We are looking for an experienced Animal Care Lecturer for a part-time role. This position requires teaching City and Guilds Level 2 Work Based Animal Care and Level 3 Practical Animal Care Skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct lectures and practical workshops for Level 2 and Level 3 animal care courses.
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work.
  • Support students in developing practical animal care skills.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of course content and teaching methods.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in teaching City and Guilds Level 2 and Level 3 animal care courses.
  • Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for animal welfare and education.
  • Teaching qualification
