Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Floristry (level 2 and 3).
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Travel and Tourism.

Requirements:

  • A HNC in Animal Care or above and relevant industry or education experience.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.
  • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
