Learning & Development Manager£35k-£45k + BenefitsManchester (Hybrid Working)Cactus Search are delighted to be working with a new client that is recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager for it’s L&D and HR function.As the Learning & Development Manager you will be responsible and accountable for business wide learning and development, delivering high quality coaching, resources and support to enable effective knowledge sharing, optimum team performance and customer service excellence.You will work closely with Team Managers and Department Heads to build a culture of coaching and personal development to aid progression and employee satisfaction, as well as succession planning for the business.You will also support the Head of Operations & HR with HR administration as part of your role.Key Responsibilities• Input into the company wide L&D and HR strategies• Identify development needs and knowledge gaps across the business• Delivering high quality coaching sessions• Ensure coaching & training reflects the priorities of the business• Listening to client calls and providing feedback• Use an agreed QA process to schedule required checks and maintain high quality standards• Continuously develop and improve the employee onboarding and development journeyWhat we need you to have• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training or learning & development role• Confident speaker in group setting and strong presentation skills• Ability to create inspiring training material with assessments to test success• Prioritisation skills, to manage the prioritisation of the broad scope of learning and development areas in line with business goals• Embrace and adapt quickly to change and be a strong team player• High standard of written and oral communication, including excellent grammar• Energetic and positive attitude, with a creative approach to team motivationIf you would like to find out more about this opportunity, please forward your CV via the apply button on screen.We look forward to hearing from you!
