Fulfilment Warehouse Operative- Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a Warehouse / Fulfilment and/or Pick and Pack operation.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in picking and packing orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, and carry items (up to 25kg) and be on your feet for extended periods.
Organisation: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, and prioritise tasks.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
IT Skills: Basic computer literacy for managing stock systems and shipping software.
