UCH Logistics is a dynamic, customer focused provider of specialist transport services to the airfreight industry.

We are now seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for our night shift, on a full time, permanent basis at our Warehouse on Manchester Airport.

This is a varied role and will include, but is not limited to the following:

Operating a Fork Lift Truck to safely unload, load and move freight
Checking in and booking in shipments on our in-house system
Unloading and loading freight from Company and third party vehicles (including double deck trailers)
Ensuring the warehouse is kept in a safe, tidy manner
Carrying out a variety of adhoc warehouse-related tasks

The right candidates must have:

Excellent Forklift driving experience
A 5 year checkable work/location history

The right candidates will ideally have:

Airfreight/Logistics industry experience would be an advantage
An enjoyment of physical and varied work
Great customer service and team working skills
A flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to make a valuable contribution to this busy team.

Shifts Available:

Sunday to Thursday - 20:00-06:00

In return, we are offering:

£13 per hour (£30,420 per annum)
28 Days Holiday (including public holidays), rising to 30 days after 2 years’ service
