Water Utilities Field Technician
Field based: Covering North West of England (Machester, Liverpool, Lancashire, West Yorkshire)
£29K plus Vehicle and on call allowance, excellent pension, 25 days holiday
8.30-5 Mon-Fri plus one in four on call rotaAre you a competent Water Field Service and Maintenance Engineer, looking to work for a large, growing utilities group, in a role offering long term career development.The role is field based covering a regional patch (all sites within 2 hours drive ). There are opportunities to increase earnings through the on call rota and a vehicle is provided.The role will be to undertake routine maintenance and be a site presence for the office based team to address issues and incidents as they arise.The Role
- Full time permanent role offering excellent long term opportunities in the water industry
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections
- Taking pressure and flows internal and external, as well as leak detection and network auditing
- Effectively manage work schedule, calls, administration and inventory ensuring you optimise your time and delivery against the metrics set within the business.
The Person:
- Experience of working on water mains networks
- Experience of operating valves, Washouts, fire hydrants
- Any of the following tickets; Water Hygiene, SHEA Water, CSCS
- UK driving licence
