The role is paying up to £45,000 and is 5 days a week in the office.
What you would bring to the team:
- Ambition and experience to grow Wisdom feature set, its content and adoption, usage.
- Exceptional editing and writing skills, with a clear, compassionate, and authoritative tone.
- Practical experience of agile delivery approaches, including Kanban and Scrum
- Ability to translate complex mental health concepts into accessible, user-friendly content.
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with best practices for content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing. DatoCMS is preferred.
- Demonstrable commitment to mental health and wellbeing topics
- Proven experience as a content editor or manager, ideally within a healthcare, mental health, or wellness environment.
- Support engineering team delivering a digital product.
- Ability to influence and negotiate an agreed outcome.
- Attention to detail using analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt with changing technologies.
