.NET Web Developer
- Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience)
- Location: Manchester area

IT Talent are delighted to represent our digital client, based just outside Manchester city centre, who are looking for a .NET Web Developer to join their expanding team on a hybrid basis.
About the roleIn this position, you will be involved throughout the entire development life cycle, working with modern technologies and frameworks. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative environment where new ideas and best practices are encouraged.
Key requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a full stack ASP.NET Web Developer
- Experience across the full development life cycle
- Strong grasp of software design principles and patterns
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, XML, CSS, MS SQL, and MVC Razor
- Familiarity with source control (Git)
- Experience with web services and Web API
- Working knowledge of IIS and other Microsoft technologies
Beneficial experience
- Developing transactional/e-commerce websites and systems
- DevOps
- SASS
- Mobile app development
- Working in Agile environments (sprints or Kanban)
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Firebase
- Application containers (Docker) and microservices
- Performance and stress testing (e.g. JMeter)
- NoSQL
- VB.NET
