Plumber

We are working with a dedicated Housing Association committed to providing high-quality housing solutions within our community. We are currently seeking an experienced plumber to join their team, focusing on void properties in social housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct plumbing repairs and installations in void properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and maintenance staff.
• Document work completed and report any issues to the management.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Valid, clean driving license.
• Experience working within social housing or similar environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to use a PDA
